The RTBF, Belgium’s largest Television & Radio network, commissioned magic monkey to develop a permanent monumental communication solution for their new headquarters in Liège. The building designed by the architectural firm, Archi2000, was inaugurated on May 6^th 2011.

The magic monkey design team integrated the unique architectonic concrete ribbon with a high-powered RGB LED solution. The ribbon evolves over time, static during the office hours, it comes to life after 8pm with custom designed animations reflecting the numerous events of the media building itself and the City of Liège. A white LED text display was integrated into the canter livered roof of the entrance to display continuous news 24/7. The TV & Radio station logos were also incorporated elegantly into the architecture.
